1.Who We Are and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Mdsimulation LTD ("DentalCommunication", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the DentalCommunication service and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.Information We Collect
- Personal information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, phone number, country, and the content of your request.
- Navigational information, such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, referral source, visit duration, and pages viewed.
- Clinic account information such as clinic name, contact details, and settings.
- Patient access data limited to what is needed to deliver content to a patient page (for example an identifier provided by the clinic and access token usage).
- Payment information for paid plans: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal). We do not store credit card numbers; we retain only the details necessary to identify the transaction and the user.
3.Patient Data and the Clinic's Role
Patient pages are created at the request of the clinic, which remains responsible for its relationship with its patients and for the lawfulness of the identifiers it provides. Mdsimulation LTD processes this limited data only to deliver the requested content and does not create or maintain medical records. Delivery events (date, time, content delivered) are logged in an immutable delivery log for the clinic's medico-legal documentation.
4.How We Use Information
- Operate the Service and generate your results.
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Improve, secure, and maintain the Service (including aggregated, anonymized statistics).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Manage clinic accounts, subscriptions, and billing.
- Maintain the content delivery log described above.
5.Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, payment, communications, analytics), in case of corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, where users will be notified), or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or ensure security.
6.Cookies and Log Files
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and produce anonymous statistics for site improvement. Cookies may be session-based or persistent. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working properly.
