1.Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions of the DentalCommunication service operated by Mdsimulation LTD. It forms part of, and must be read together with, the DentalCommunication Terms of Use. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to this policy. The free clinic tier of DentalCommunication is never billed and is covered by the "Free, Trial, Demo, and Lite Features" section below.
2.Free, Trial, Demo, and Lite Features
Features provided free of charge are never billed. Consequently, no refund, credit, or compensation of any kind applies to them, and they may be modified or discontinued at any time as described in the Terms of Use.
3.Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@dentalmaster.com.
- Once canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Access continues until that date.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, in whole or in part; no prorated refunds are granted for unused time, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Annual plans renew automatically unless terminated with the notice period stated in the Terms of Use or order form; canceling before renewal prevents the next charge.
- Fee adjustments announced for a renewal do not give rise to any refund for the current period; if you do not accept the new fees, cancel before renewal.
4.One-Time Licenses
One-Time License fees are non-refundable once access to the Service has been delivered or activated. A One-Time License grants access for as long as Mdsimulation LTD operates the Service and is not a commitment of perpetual availability; its discontinuation, in particular for the technological reasons described in the Terms of Use, does not give rise to any refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5.Defective or Non-Compliant Service
If the Service does not comply with the limited warranty stated in the Terms of Use, report the defect within fifteen (15) days of its discovery to info@dentalmaster.com. Mdsimulation LTD's sole obligation, and your sole remedy, is the re-performance of the relevant service. A defect does not give rise to a refund, price reduction, or damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6.Service Changes and Discontinuation
As stated in the Terms of Use, the Service depends on third-party technologies and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, including for technological reasons. Free, trial, demo, and One-Time Licenses may be discontinued at any time without refund or compensation. For active paid subscription periods, no refund is due for changes that do not deprive the subscription of its essential functionality, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7.Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, and the charge is found valid, Mdsimulation LTD may suspend or terminate your access and recover the disputed amount together with reasonable processing and administrative costs.
8.Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable mandatory consumer law may grant you. Where a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right applies to digital services, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate access to the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and, to the extent permitted by law, waive the withdrawal right once access has been delivered.
9.Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the region of the Main Office of Mdsimulation LTD, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region, as stated in the Terms of Use.

Cancellation requests can be made at any time via the account settings on our platform or by contacting info@dentalmaster.com. If a refund is ever granted, it is processed to the original payment method through our payment provider (such as PayPal).
